85-86 or 93 Cobra tail lights

Looking for a good set of 85/86 or 93 Cobra tail lights. Would prefer the Cobra ones but know how difficult they are to find. I actually only need a good driver side one to replace mine but will buy a pair if anyone has a nice pair. Looks like mine was near heat and has a spot where the lens was hot and caused the plastic to deform a little. This is the way the car was when I bought it this past summer.

Also don't blow your money on "Cobra" tail lights...just get the '84-86 style and go to Autozone and get some 1/8 inch dark grey pinstripe (or black if you prefer but the Cobras where a grey color) and do your own pinstripes on them. There's a few guys on Stangnet who have done this and you wouldn't know the difference unless you knew what you were looking for.

Well you've got a couple options....either 1, try to match up the pinstripes to whatever color the outside "frame" of the lenses already are, or paint them to a color you want them and then get the pinstripes to match. I'd personally paint the frames black and stripe them in black.

that's what I'll do then, think pin stripe them or paint them maybe smoke clear them....

Just curious as to what a good used set will run me. Guessing maybe 100 or little more up or down?

the set I got I got a deal on but there are a couple of little cracks or chips not to bad though I really just wanted the one's I got for mock up to see if I even like them and for 20 bucks I couldnt pass them up....... but you're in the ball park I'd say.......
