Need opinions SBZ FAM!!!

So most of you know I just became the prould owner of an F-150. I told you I was gonna bling it out, and I'm working on that. My q is, would you consider it ghetto if I went with a set of chrome 24"rims with 33"tires? I'm going with a 3" lift, and atleast 20's and 33's, but found a schmokin deal on some 24's with tires both in like new condition. I'll put up some pics as soon as I get back home, but chime in and let me know what you think...

I don't like a huge tire with a small rim. As long as it is balanced between rim and rubber go for it.

I agree with the guys above...it's your ride and do what ya want. Not a big fan of the bling personally. Sure it's going to look good when your finished with it, whichever direction you decide to go.

I have seen some huge wheels on 4x4 trucks and the tires looked like rubber bands. That looked stupid.

what he said........ but I say go for it if you like it that's the most important part....... I went through like 5 sets of rims on my stang last year and ended up going with the one's I wanted originally but just couldnt afford to do them........ then I could and I can imagine another set on my car.... so I don't know if it's like that if you've got your heart set or just found a deal

i say jack it up 12inchs the leave the small factory wheels and tires on it so you don't get 11mpg lol just playin. It all comes down to what you like man. I mean honestly wouldn't we shave more often if we cared what others opinions were? LoL

Lol very true! I'm gonna think it over on vacation, but looks like you cant get any off road tires for a 24" rim yet. All kinds for 20's though... Gears are turning. As for the lift, gonna go no more than 3", the dodge is 8" and everyone bitches about climbing in it lol. Goin for a more street friendly and stock driving truck this time. The dodges suspension is titties, and rides like a dream but I want something a lil more streetable and pimped lol...

I personally am a fan of this look on certain trucks, this is the overall wheel tire combo I'll be doing on my Sierra when the time permits. Of course you may want to increase to a 22, especially since you'll be doing a lift and you can run a bit bigger of a tire. And yes I realize this is a completely different truck lol. Just an idea. Tires are a 285/55/20 Nitto, On 20x10 Ultra Predators something like a KMC XD Series Hoss or Diesel wheel would look killer on there IMO, in chrome or black or. Ahh finally a truck question lol

dude, definately do it! I'd do either 19 or 20's with a rugged tire. I love that look, just like what's on that silverado. I'd love to do it to my truck, but I'm not about to put wheels and tires on it that cost many times more than what I paid for the truck LOL.

I'm probably gonna go the 20" rim way, nd soem road tread for now, til I can cough up another 1500 for some durty tires lol. That Cheby is SICK! Well I got duals ran yesterday and picked up a set of Harley Davidson 20's for it today. I think it's the perfect choice for a rim on this rig, I'll post pics as soon as I get tires and get em on...

I like what Dee Snider said on MTV Cribs about people putting 22"+ wheels on H2's... "It's a truck, not a sports car!" With that said I have seen some nice lifted trucks with 20" wheels and off-road tires (Like 89notch's)...not sure about 24" chrome wheels though. One of my co-worker's daughter put 22" chrome wheels on her Expedition...looked ghetto to me.
