I'm on the phones with technicians across the country all day long at my job, and one of my guys down in MS was going a job for us in LA...

And this is what he saw while driving down the narrow streets of Gretna, La.

He went to this restaraunt to try out a shrimp "po-boy" and asked about the particular "meal" on the menu... apparently the Racoon is $1.89/LB dressed & they run 10 - 12 pounds. My guy was told to bake or stew them in a cajun sauce is the best!
