93 AOD...needs rebuilt

I bought this to have as a spare but I am now tired of tripping over it. It came out of a 93 Mustang. I was told that OD was out, so I'm assuming it will need gone through. It has the E9 case and the stamped direct which is preferred for a performance set up. It does not have a converter or valve body.
