there is a cool new heads up class is orsca called real street . i know its alot of down south racing but they are coming up for 2 races next year. one in c bus and the other at indy . i was going to run modified street but it think i might try this class out . should be a low 6 second class maybe a 5.90s when everyone fig out that junk ass bfg 275/50 here is the rules ORSCA Real Street Rules and Payout

1/8th mile, .400 Pro Tree

Entry Fee - $75.00
Winner - $700
R/U - $200
3 - $100
4 - $100

Contingency options:

$125 is a 1 year membership and you are in the hunt for points and contingency eligible.

Each race is $75 for everybody. member or non member.

For the 1 time racer at his/her local track you can pay an additional $25 to be eligible for contingency for that individual race.

So if you are a local racer and want to race one time only but you want to be eligible for contingency your entry fee would be $100. No contingency eligibility would be $75

Sounds like a cool class but at first glance they seem to be giving vortech guys a lot more blower the T and YS trim units.

Good luck hooking that 275-50 BFG! Thats just crazy enough to try. Only Plate rules says 1 of each solinoid and .92 limit. It doesnt say how many spray bars or lines off the trash can solinoid.

Thats because it probably hooks. The regular drag radials BFGS and Nittos suck.

I bet a set of tires wont last long. No transbrakes is dumb. I kinda like the no traction control rules.

If drag radial cars in NMRA can hook on bfg's and go 7's, I think you guys can too.
