once a week, the GT500 sits longer though because my dad never starts it, and always has a dead battery

I hear a lot of mixed opinions on this. Most people believe you should start a car every now and then to "get the fluids moving" or whatever, but i've heard from some very knowledgeable people that it's best to leave it sit until it's time to bring it out because all you're doing is making condensation in areas that you don't want it which can turn to ice or rust. My car sits outside, and i don't start mine unless it's above freezing and i'm gonna drive it.

Haven't started mine in well over a month. I think what 85SS said would ring true in a lot off cases. Good point made by him.
I used to start it every few days and let it get up to operating temp. 30 min or so. My toys have a cold garage too though. I do the same with my bike. But if I can I get it out and give it a drive. Also stabilizer in the tank isn't a bad idea if its going to sit for a long time without starting too.

i try to run mine to operating temp at least once every week. other then that it sits covered in an unheated garage.
when i was working on planes, we had to run them every 3 days no matter what. unless they were in "storage", then we did it every 30 days. (we even had to rotate tires to keep them from flat spotting.) we did it to keep bearings lubed and help cut down on condensation as well as several other reasons.

Usually start mine 2 times a week and let it get up to operating temp. I'll drive it those 2 times if weather permits.

haha, well thanks for all the info guys! Ya, makes sense why you wouldn't wanna start it due to condesation and stuff..maybe ill just let mine sit till the next nice day above freezing!!!!

I try to get mine out as long as there isn't salt covering every inch of roadway, and I may also start her once a month or so up to operating temperature. It is just nice to sit in and hear it run in the cold months. Makes me think of spring!

I keep mine in the garage and start it every other week. I usually let it run for about 15-20 minutes.

I start mine atleast everyother week, and it sits outside uncovered :-( I also try to drive it when the roads are clear, but those super huge DR's on the back suck on snow lmao. By the way, this snow is killing me! I wanna drive my ride soo bad, but the white death wont let me!

i have a dd but i still drive my car at least once a week all year. rain snow shine whatever. I built that damn thing to drive it. i know most people on here park them but i just cant see doing that. i feel like it worse on it to let it sit than to just drive it in the cold.
