what kind? size? etc? If it's a roller 302, probably be able to help you out.

Hi
Yes a 302 roller.... blew up at the track this fall. (http://www.stangbangerz.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60109). The pistons and block are toast. Everything else looks ok. Trying to figure out what to do. definitely going with dished pistons since the blower requires less compression than I had, was running an cosmetic head gasket extra thick. Trying to figure out what block to get. I was running a stock block running 520rwhp..... at the limit. My feeling is that the pistons gave first then the block so...... go with another stock block or move up to dart, boss or dart shp??

just looking right now.

I would do a aftermarket block Steve. It will most likely be the last one you buy. :)

Go with the Dart block if you go after market. Those are very strong blocks and the like stated probably the last one you buy.

+1 on the aftermarket block,it will be cheaper in the long run. Then you can pour the coal to it.

Yeah, SHP dart block very good pricing and will hold gobs of power. A lot more power than they say on their website about it. It's basically just a cheaper version of their sportsman block, priced so they can sell more of them.
If you decide on a stocker, I have quite a few of them cheap.
