been in our house almost 5 years and when we bought it the hardwood floors were "dull" looking.
new house, but they weren't cleared or laquered or whatever to have a shing to them.
who does this king of service?

Blueford Jackson is probably the best in the city.... But you will pay for it....

Hammond hardwoods are reasonably priced and do a good job.

I had L & J hardwood floors do mine.... The L stands for Lee Hammond.... (cousin or brother to the Hammond Hardwoods.....I can't remember)

L & J did a good job on my house and they were the cheapest by far.... The only drawback was they were the least professional when it came to quotes and business stuff... My quote was handwritten on a piece of tabulate paper... Probably not the best to go with if you are looking for a "warm and fuzzy" feeling with professionalism...
Oh yeah, most of these compainies had a "cash discount" too... make sure to ask about that when getting the quotes...

Ok if the floor still has a nice color then,
Id just reclear them, Thats pretty easy to do id mop them with a floor stripper to remove any wax, Give them a quick sand with 300 grit just to scuff the the surface and allow something for the clear to bite to becareful not to take off the stain, then apply the clear with a wool pad nice and even. Really easy to do anyone can do it. The hard part is bringing in the drum sanders and removing the old finish.
Also the sheen they have satin, semigloss, and gloss just depends how much bling you want semi gloss is a good choice.
They sell everything you need at lowes.
