A kid that i had a few classes with in highschool, was toying around with trying to set up a cruise in/car show for cancer. He was thinking 10 to spectate and 15 for a car to be in the show. This is all in the thinking stage, i told him i would help plan it for sometime in the spring. The more people that sound interested the more likely this is going to happen.

He is thinking people will judge the cars and a winner will be chosen, more people willing to help out the more we could do,food, drinks and what have you.

Lemme know if your interested it will not be just mustangs, hes more of an import person but he just wants to have a show to help find a cure.

Where would you be holding this? I am curious as to if a possible meet could be held at the park right off of 42, there is a ton of parking and a pretty nice area.

if you wanted to hold it in Mason, here is the city's number. I am sure they could let you know if this is an option and what the rules and guidelines are 513-229-8500. I would tell them the reason this is being held.

What park? You talking about herritage? A park sounds like it would def get people out with the kids. That is a nice park too.

Let me know what you guys have need for with regard to help. I am available Saturdays. I wish I had a normal job that didn't have me all over the country so I could be of more use, but I thankfully have a job none the less. I look forward to hearing more about this.

sounds like a plan, 15 isnt to bad, but 10 would be more reasonable. Not trying to start anything or say what you should charge, and it is for a good cause, but most pay shows ive been to want around 10, which is an easy number to work with.

Kevin1989
01-15-2010, 12:13 AM

Lots of room over by biglots across from kroger. Kroger may even come sell some burgers and dogs if you talk to them. They seem to always be up for a good cause.

still waiting to hear on a location, apparently people are slow to reply... if nothing else, i can figure out a way to set up a donation thing at the spring cruise- in and you can donate if you like. Set up a poll and see what charity people would be wanting to support.
