Front & rear bumper Fixer ?

Does one repair cracks, blemishes, and holes? If so how do I go about it? Possibly a two part epoxy, or some other type adhesive? I'm pretty much on ground zero far as body work goes, but I can handle anything else so shoot me your suggestions please.

try a koi or smyth or hamlet thers a couple different companies out there with products for umpers.i use 3m's stuff i've seen it 10 yrs down the road hold up just fine,u can get a new cover cheaper prolly than fixing yours depending on how ad it is good luck and let us know what you came up with:bigthumb
