There is a You-tube somewhere of this car being run out on a German automaker test track. The car is an electro-mechanical masterpiece (hate to admit that about european automotive technology, but in this case it's unavoidable). There is an additional key involved that unlocks the "safeties" on the car for track racing. The car lowers, spoilers adjust, and the speed limter is removed, among other things. Ran over 252MPH in the video (con't remember the actual number). Proof that the old question holds true. "How fast can you afford to go?" It's all about money. Car price if memory serves correctly was in access of 1.2 million dollars.

Top Gear is an awesome show. They tell the truth about all the cars they test and they have those british accents. Can't get much cooler than that!!! I love the one where they take a car on a military beach landing. Drive it right off the boat into the surf, then on the beach. The british marines are firing from the passenger seat too!!!
