aluminum 4.6 worth ??

I was asked by a buddy to find out what is worth. It's an aluminum 4.6 out of a mustang, not sure the year. Would this be out of an early Cobra ?



What are or what would the casting numbers be?

The average price I see is about $300, same as a markVIII engine.
