Hey guys i have been thinking for the past few hours about chad and his family. I just got off the phone with him and was wondering if anyone would like to help. His dissability only covers his cost of insurance and their 6yr old boy has no christmas. Now weve all been down at some point in time and i thought it would be great to be able to bring them some happiness in this dark time.

Now you might be thinking well im short on cash, I don't think most people in the world know how far 5 dollars can go when 20 people donate. Now lets say you feel uneasy about giving money away, thats fine go out to wally world and buy a toy or some food if possible. Anything we can do to help will be repayed 10 fold in the end maybe not with money, gifts, or food but the reward of lifting our brother up will be far greater.

You know I'm in. And I will go one step further. I have seen a lot of bull shit here lately with petty arguments and brand new people getting banned. Lots of bad attitudes. There are a butt load of us STANGBANGERZ out there. Check the running total of how many there are. I am unemployed, have been since last December 17th. I will be either picking up a few things for the little guy or sending some money. we have a great opportunity to help out someone in our family and make ourselves feel better about ourselves. I did this one time before for a family and delivered them to the house Christmas eve. I took them to the families grandparents home and the rest of the family didn't know it was happening. From what I understand the family was shocked and the child was so exited. I think he still believes in santa... When I saw the family weeks later the wife hugged me and the dad, who is usually very quiet and straight forward stood in front of me tried to talk but instead he just started crying and all he could get out was thank you over and over again. To help someone out like that, well theres no better feeling. I think about it from time to time when I am feeling depressed and it always brightens up my day. That was at least 7 years ago but I remember it like it was last Christmas. Do yourself a favor and help out a brother. You will make a world of difference for his family and it will be something you can smile about for the rest of your life.

Thanksgiving for these guys is covered. Im working with a local organization on a christmas dinner. The food items should be delivered next weekend. It has been hard with everything going on, but being surrounded by such great people is just a wonderful thing. And Bobby, your our little angel in disguise! I'm sorry I got so emotional with you on the phone yesterday, it might be a little of the pregnancy hormones, lol! I drove over to see this family today and assist a little bit as so many others are doing. Was good to sit and talk cars with a guy and his family I had never known before today. He and his family are holding up well and they so humbled and appreciative by the outreach efforts that they have received. The outlook for Chad's recovery is very promising. He and his family are looking very forward to the Spring get together so that he can finally make a STZ cruise-in. Take care and God Bless you and your family.
