I know they say to blend the intake side, and to grind out the bump in the exhaust side / gasket match it. Anyone do this b-4? Any pics? advice?

Stay away from the port floors. Biggest rookie mistake ever made. kills flow and actually hurts power. ONly match the gasket on the sides and top, don't touch the floor period, unless you are just smoothing with a cartridge roll. be careful in the bowls too. Contrary to popular belief bigger is not always better. Straight shot, smoother is better.

Remember that larger ports usually equal slower velocity and that's where real cfm happens. I didn't port mine but my machine shop guy said he hasn't seen hand porting like it in years. I've got some pics but i'm not sure how well they'd help. I'll post them next time i'm on a pc and not my phone.

Here ya go...like i said, not sure how much this will help since the shots aren't really down into the runners but you can tell they're opened up quite a bit more than stock. The guy i got them from said he bought them from a guy who had them on a dirt track car that got over revved and bent some valves so i had to have new ones put in and i asked at the time if the port work was nice enough to bother using them and he said for hand porting they looked exceptional (and i trust him that he wasn't just trying to make money off doing the valve job).

Everyone seems real surprised by my dyno numbers so the port work must be doing something right.
