COD: Modern Warfare 2?

Anybody go and get COD:MW 2 tonight? If so how is it? I should have my copy tomorrow night after I get my 360 modded tomorrow.

Yes they are, I had 5 out of 6 people I know have their consoles banned yesterday.

ya, my buddy just had to sell his xbox cause of them finding out it was modded..kicked him off live and everything

Here here's the catch to modded Xbox's, they only ban the console not the name. So if you take your hard drive and switch it to an old school one that had the hitachi HDD's...then you will be good to go. Xbox live can't see those HDD's for some reason.

My hard drive is the old school 12 Gig one, So i should be ok? I thought it also had to do with the disk drive, where the new ones they can read the burnt games compared to the older drives they couldnt. I could be wrong thats just something I heard.

I already beat the game on Hardened.

It is pretty good, kind of short (7 hours), multiplayer is good. Maps are decent sized. Lots of sniping, hiding places, and good areas of fire and counter fire.

Got it yesterday. Only played about two half hours. Great game so far. Need more time to play. Its hard to do when I leave to house for work at 530 and don't get home till almost 7. Hour and half drive each way working tens sucks.

It's all about if your Xbox is modded, whether it is old or new.

I meant Microsoft reading them online, sorry about that my post didnt really clarfiy that. I meant that I thought with the newer disk drives Microsoft could read them when playing online, compared to the older ones them not being able to.

I picked up the MF2 Special Edition 360 with the 250gb HD. Beat my head against the wall for about 2 hours trying to get the data trasfer kit from a 120gb hd to work. The disc I have is too old to recognize the 250gb drive. Spent another 45 minutes on hold with Microsoft only for them to tell me that they are out of stock on transfer kits and to call back Thursday! I've had this 20gb drive since 360 first hit the market. I don't want to lose a lot of my saved games and content.

Anyone have a HD transfer kit from one of the 120gb hard drives that they have bought in the last year? If I could borrow the disc, or you could make and ISO image that you could email to me that would be awesome!!!!!

Played it last night, it was pretty sweet. Maps are good size and some cool sniping spots.
