anyone ever put a lightning motor in a fox??? looks pretty good for as cheap as it is.... wish I had the 2900........

That should be a 95 with the fold down center seat. If you get it I will buy some parts off of ya.

Its just like putting a 351w into a fox.
You'd need an oil pan, headers, ecu to keep the fuel injection.
Its not that hard to do therr are just some differences in the install.

as long as you have the correct bell and a T5 with the V8 input shaft you shouldn't have a problem.

Smoked headlights would look sick. I think it would go great with the white body and black moldings!

So what? IMO taking that engine out to put it in a fox is decreasing the value of the engine.
Those gen 1 lighting are well built trucks and definitely worth having around, i wouldn't scrap that truck for its motor.
