How much boost or HP can you get out of a stock 03 Cobra Short Block??? :confused:

I am sure Craig at Cincy speed or Ken at Modular depot could give you exact HP numbers before they blow. They both have a little experiance with them. LOL!!!!

I talked to Chris at MD and he said around 600 rwhp. I was curious if anyone on here has taken one to the limit and if so what was it?

I have seen about 20 Cobras on Modularfords.com have around 620 rwhp. 8 of them have about 100 passes at the track. I have also seen 3 blow up making just over 650 hp. Most of them will tell you 650 seems to be the limit. I wouldnt go over 620.

Ran mine at 630 rwhp on pump and 663 on race gas and never had a problem.
