my air bag light is constantly flashing in the instrument cluster,what might i check or change to get it to stop

CALL FORD and give them your vin number to check for recalls

also count the flashes. That may give you the codes. If there is not a recall then most times it is the clock spring in the steering column.

Do the cruise buttons work? Horn work?

If those dont then it could be the clockspring between the steering wheel and the column.

WHAT EVER YOU DO....dont try to take the lamp out. when you put it back in, ther car will just beep at you :) tried this on my 95
