Do you think with my current setup that I should go with a 3'' exhaust system?
Right now I have BBK short tubes,MAC 2.5" off road X-pipe,MAC 2.5" flow tubes,2.5" flowbasterd's,2.5" tailpipes.

Engine is a DSS 331 stroker,eddy RPM heads,.516 lift 284 duration cam.Think I should go with a 3" system?

I don't think it will give you any noticeable gain.

I totally agree with Paul. But I think you should sack up, put the turbo on, and run a single 3 inch... :chicken:
