Do all insurance companys suck?

I have been looking up reviews on Home/auto insurance companys on the net and it seems that they all suck.

They are the greatest thing since sliced bread as long as you don't need to make a claim.

I have never had any problems with any claim made to State Farm (3 in 10 years).
I even got sued and they handled all my attorney's fees. Won the case and my rates have never been increased. With an at fault accident and a 25+ over speeding ticket.

So I can't complain.

I have had state farm since 1989 and never had 1 issue. all claims have been handled quickly with no problems and no rate increases. I would highly recomend state farm!!!

Ive had progressive since I was 17.10 years and there not doing to bad.Even got a pretty good quote for commercial insurance when I start plowin this year.

Give Michelle at Beaton Insurance in Oxford a call - she is great to work with. I have my home and vehicle through Buckeye and Business through State Auto.

The Beaton folks are great to work with and have NEVER had an issue with claims. The Katrina wind damage and my icy road incident last year were all handled better than I expected.

Since your prior military...have you tried USAA?? I bank, and have all my insurance through them.

USAA is awesome! I have all of my insurance through them not to mention my mortgage and several bank accounts. Must be military or have family memeber that is or was in. I have converted many soldiers that have had other insurance companies to USAA and everyone of them have thanked me!

You could use my Dad. He's the Allstate Agent in Middletown. Gary Hicks.

But to add to the question, yes they suck. I made homeowners claim last year for that wind storm. It took out my roof and I had to have it replaced. They ended up doubling my rates 6 months later.

I WORK FOR A BODY SHOP AND ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM PROGRESSIVE AND GEICO. almost every claim we have is bad for us and the customer.way too many headachs.

I would NEVER do business with GEICO. GEICO gives radar guns (and I suppose laser too) free to police depts. Why, more tickets, higher insurance rates. Yes, insurance companies suck! :mad:
