Does it have a salvage title or a rebuilt title? Makes a difference. Salvage means you still need to get it inspected rebuilt means it was a salvage and it has been through inspection and is ready for tags. You cant tag a salvage title until you get the inspection done and have it turned into a rebuilt title.

People get scared of that title. You need to make a new add on c/l and let people know its a REBUILT title. Get a better pic and it will go fast. Pics sell the car.
