Manual rack swap questions.

Wanted to do this last year but ran out of funds so here we go again.

1. Why do some kits include tie rod ends? Are they different than stock ends?
2. Is the flaming river unit worth the extra cost over the summit or unisteer?
3. Is a bumpsteer kit necessary for this swap?

Bumpsteer is for lowered cars to stop bumpsteer, if you don't currently have bumpsteer, then you don't need that. The tie rod ends are included to make it a 'kit' all you really need is the rack and a steering shaft. If you already have a flaming river steering shaft then call them in cleveland and get the part number for the manual end, and I will get it in for you. I have the summit brand one on my renegade car. flaming river on my r/s car only because it was traded to me.
