I was looking at Napa's and they have an oversized and a regular. What is the benefit of an oversized?

My mechanic said that they had a forged joint with a bronze sleeve. These would be better for wear. Can anyone comment on that? I know the cheep ones are usually composite and will not hold up to much abuse.

Thanks for any info to help.

Even with them there is a regular and oversize. I also want a zerk fitting ball joint. That way it can be lubbed up. Lol

the oversized ball joint is for a control arm that oversized hole like someone prior has pressed one in an at angle. this save the customer from buying a whole control arm
