I need a notary to fix a title as well. A kid traded me a car and dropped the title off here while I wasn't home, he signed it but never had it notorized.
I don't know what other options i have, I guess I could file for an abandoned title.

If you go to your bank they will notarize things for free. Every bank teller is also a notary public, something I didn't know myself until recently. Hope that helps you.

Maybe at your bank but not all. The local 5/3 branch only had one notary and it was a loan officer.
