I just got my coupe finished about a month ago. Have been driving it back and forth to work this week. I noticed while cruising it have a very slight miss/hesitation. Under acceleration it pulls good with no miss. Only occurs when staying at a consistent speed. What could this be? When i got my motor back together i went with a 3923 autolite and from a 3925 which was in it before. Should i go back to the hotter plug the 3925, would that help?

My car does the same thing. Mine even does it at a light acceleration. Anything over a light acceleration it runs perfect, no miss. I plan on adding new plug wires. I tried plugs in mine but it still does it. We put a laptop on it and drove around a few blocks but nothing looked screwy even when it would miss. I am running Ford Racing 8.8 wires which I here are junk and can cause this? Supposedly the resistance can be a lot higher in some of their wires. They aren't consistant. I don't know but we will see. Good luck with yours. By the way I am running 2 heat ranges colder than stock autolites. 3923's I think.
