been 2 years since my last laptop
figured i should go with something a lil faster
picked up an inspiron 1100
2.6gb
280 gig hard drive
6 gigs of ram
this thing outta fly
i got the vista instead of xp, but only because i can upgrade to 7 for free
has the webcam installed on it too, pretty cool
just getting to start trying it out.
backlit keyboard too, we'll see how she makes out
oh yeah, 17" glossy screen
nice. No after hour web cam shows though... ok?

this one was about 1100
My GF has this model, she had one of the first, her Uncle sits on Dells Board of Directors, we see new things before it hits the market. You'll love it!

I need new laptop, but I will never get another dell. Shitty as power jack connection at the motherboard. Toshiba's are bad for that too.

Yup, pretty much. We repair all brands all the time. Honestly, 99% of the time it is simple user care. Don't yank on the cord when it's in the laptop and it won't bust the connector loose... :D
