Well final took the leap

With the help of a good friend/business partner we signed the lease on a 4000sq ft building last night. I can finally start doing my paint work and all the mechanical work to get my side work going again. Still keeping my day job though. Eventually it will turn into my full time business. Just excited at taking the first step. after doing it for 15 years for someone else I get to do it for me and the stress of having to do it their way is gone. Feels real good.

Now just have to get the equipment in the place and set it up so its ready to go.:cool1:

Thats Jack and yes he is there all the time. He stores his boat there now and does side work on the weekend and at night. lol

Had to do something to suppliment my income. Its rough.
Picked up a nice 80 gal today. now to get it wired and plumbed up. Getting some more lights wired in tomorrow. And thanks Kev for the kind words

Yes I do. How bad is it? If it didnt get the frame or need a pull. I currently do not have a frame rack if its sheet metal im very capable of the repair. I can replace quarters,bumpers,fender etc. Insurance? PM me and I will see what we can do.

The pics are from my cell so not the greatest but you can see how big the place is. In the last pic in standing at the rear and thas an 80gal compressor in the left hand corner. Can fit 16 cars in the back half and still have room to work.lol Need to finish it out and ready to go.
