they are painted flat black. they dont have the center caps in the picture but i do have them. Tires are brand new as in maybe 300 miles on them. Their nankang 245/45/17's. Looking for 99^ gt wheels w/ decent tires or something else with ok tires.

Picked up a set of cobra r's today so im keeping the tires off these.
