There are a TON of SUPPOSED Cars out there like that, I've seen Cobras, Vettes, Grand Nationals, Etc... The dealers are smart enough, That if they get a car like that, They will give the $4,500 and not turn it in as a Cash for clunkers deal and sell the car for more $$$ ...

Just my $.02 ... But I call BULL$HIT !!! LOL
