sold my bigblock project that never seemed to get finished so heres my new project.
hasnt seen the street in yrs and hasnt been raced since 07.
need some attention but runs and drives!!
clean body!! has a 306 with factory heads,was told it goes hi12's .
has a ton of potential!
let the mods begin!!!!

time for an update,got it up and ready for the track.
first pass was 12.92@102 got it down to a 12.67@104,i was happy with it for the first time out.
now let the mods begin.

switched the headers to hooker longtubes,put on 3in. exhaust with bullets turned down at the axle.
sounds good!!!
gonna go to the track tomorrow see if it'll go any quicker.

went 12.59@104 with a 1.68 60ft
through the mufflers.

went to the track tonight dropped a tiny bit more 12.58@105.4 1.7160ft.
i think thats about all the junk E6 heads have to give lol!
still waitng on my heads to show up.

well with help from a buddy,i put a tube frt kmember setup on it and upgraded to the bigger brakes in the frt with slotted rotors.
and switched it back to 4lug so i can run my convo pro's.
got moser rear axles and spool,also some aerspace rear discs goin on next.
its gettin late in the year so i might hold off on putting the alum. heads on til i do a new shortblock over the winter.

exactly,i was going on 3yrs trying to save up parts and was still $2000 away from it running.
thats just no fun is it?
im not gonna tear this one apart til i have the next engine built!
ive learned my lesson if its apart that long i usually just sell them.
ive had a blast tuning and tweaking on this one and most of all just running it at the track. sure beats the stands to hell.

took a couple pics , the wheels were polished by insaneba here on the board.
could drop an inch or two in the frt but the stance is how i like it.
just a little rake but clears all manhole covers lol!
