New toy/project

well i got a hella good deal (imo) on a 98 SVT contour.
the interior is mint the body is strait but needs some paint work but for the price im not complaining yet,

Anyway the motor has a bad knock so 3 liter swap here we come me and marker1989 will be tackling this over the next several weeks sould be fun,:D

shitty cell phone pics i will take more tomorrow of the areas that need paint i would like to get a ball park estimate of how much painting it would cost down the road

first off mods i guess you can go ahead and move this into the projects section, if people show interest ill keep updating it but

we took the valve cover off tonight and found a funny thing... a rocker just chillin there laying???? so my concern is now could that have caused the knocking noise???? and if it did did it harm anything enternaly?

We put a motor in my brother's work van. 3 valve 5.4 in an E-250 van. Thought it was about to throw a rod. Turned out to be a broken guide for the timing chain. Oh well, got a good start or my next motor for the coupe...LOL
