Finally have the '94 back together. Went to start it and I have gas pouring (Yes Pouring) from the regulator. It is on as tight as it will go, and the seals seem to be sealing. (You have to twist it a little to pull it off.) Now this is the original regulator and the O rings seem a little small for the grooves they are in....could this be the problem?
I have 24lb injectors, stock lines, and a 255 lph fuel pump. The price for a new one is $56, so I do not want to buy a new one if I do not need to....or can you replace to O rings only?

with a return system, the excess will be returned to the tank. No problems. The 24's can be tuned better with an adjustable, though.

Okay, well I think I found out my problem...I missing one of the three O rings. Autozone does not sell them, does anyone know of a store that sells O rings for fuel regulators?

Well no one sells the O rings needed. Smyth had them listed, but they do not sell them. However...I have a brand new adjustable one for a fox-body. I was able to use the O ring from it...now I just have to figure out the timing.
