I would so buy that car if i had the cash. I've seen cars with a lot less done to them go for that much. That's a sign of how crappy the economy is right now...but that does make it a buyer's market if you have the cash to spare.

Its well worth the money you could not duplicate half the parts for 12k

Well, after some discussion and much pleading on my part, unless I can unload a car or two in the next week(not gonna happen), I was reminded of my goal to downsize my fleet. She made good points and brought me back down to earth, one of the many reasons I am marrying her! So as much as I would love to have my engine back, it's going to have to be another time.
