Need correct speedo gear for 3:55's

I am looking for the correct new speedo gear to use for the 3:55's I just put in my 94 vert. The drive gear is an 8 tooth, but I am having issues getting a solid answer when I ask what speedo gear I need. Anybody out there that can help on this one?

What trans? If you have a 7 toth output shaft you need the black 20 tooth gear. If you have an 8 tooth you need a speedcal or other calibration device.

Where can I get the 23 tooth gear from? The local Ford dealer is telling me that Ford only makes up to a 21 tooth...any ideas?

Alot of people are complaining that the 23 tooth (white gear) doesnt last that long and you should spring for a speedcal.But,Cincy Speed can get the white speedo gears in.
