They are coming! haha Had people coming and going for the last couple days - was just waiting until I didn't have a billion cars parked in front of it. :bigthumb

are you selling it For Sale By Owner?? If so get a Realtor. A good Realtor is worth their weight in gold. When we were selling our house we had it FSBO for awhile.
Huge mistake and waste of time.

House looks awesome, with a good Realtor it should be gone in no time.

We figured it wouldn't hurt to do it for a couple of weeks while we tidy up some last minute items. We had already planned to list with Angie(ihave1sweetride) before too long if we don't have any serious offers on the table. :bigthumb

Ask and you shall receive! 24x24 insulated garage. No pictures of the inside until I get a chance to clean it. :lol: It's been project HQ with all the work we have been doing on the house, so it needs some tidying up. I've completed big projects in it over the last few years and it works great. Tiny little propane heater keeps the whole thing super toasty. :bigthumb

That's exactly what we did. FSBO for 3 weeks. It was 3 weeks of hell. Then we listed with a realtor, it was great. House sold in 3 weeks and dealt with none of the bullshit the weeks prior.

Will never attempt FSBO again, that's for sure.

I can appreciate that. We aren't actually using the FSBO service. I am not planning to put any coin into marketing things ourselves - just simply doing Craigslist and a couple forums for a couple of weeks before we list it with Angie. ;)

Ohh neither did we. Dealing with the idiots that call in response to the craigslist, newspaper, and signs was the biggest pain in the tail.

Just not having to deal with stupid people is worth the Realtor's weight in Gold, not to mention the marketing resources they have at their disposal.

Bumping it up! Added new pictures for the upstairs 3rd bedroom and a picture of the yard. Also, my brother-in-law sent me through a link to this: http://www.hud.gov/news/release.cfm?content=pr09-072.cfm <- Apparently the $8,000 first home tax credit can now apply to the down-payment on the house! Wish I had this when I first bought. :(
