Will a t-5 tranny from a fox body work on my 95 gt?

I'm not positive but I think the tailshaft is different.

Looks like its the input shaft that's longer.

with a Fox bellhousing and clutch fork it should work. Your shifter might be a little forward. The SN95 stuff is about an inch longer input shaft, input retainer, and uses a different bellhousing. If you have a good Fox trans and your old 95 trans you can put the Sn95 input shaft and bearing retainer in the Fox Trans.

No sir, but I was just looking for t-5 and going to see if I found one for a fox if it would work.

Yeah, a simple swap of the input shaft and the fox trans works like a champ, has to be a world class box though.

I had a fox tko 500 in my car and like Tim said if you use a fox bell it will work...you will also need to put a drive shaft spacer on it...I have the one off my car if you need one lmk

Steve...I had the t-5 and bellhousing YOU loaned me in my 95 gt. I had to make a plate to get the trans mount correct, but it worked fine.
