No doubt...better settle on a autozone edelbrock for that budget...you will not find a demon anything unless its junk for 250-300

Why don't you let us know what your intent with the carb is and maybe someone has something laying around that will fit your need. Like Johnny and Craig said dont expect a whole lot in that price range.

There is no reason to stick the biggest carb you can find on that motor.A 930 Demon is so freakin rediculous to put on that.
