Seems like I ran into that once way back in the day. Try swapping ECU's with someone.

Did you swap out the ECU with a known good unit?
The fact that the fuel pump is not priming AND you are getting no spark, leads me to believe its a wiring issue.
With the key in the on position, turn the distributor back and forth and see if this cycles the fuel pump. You will hear "click'click" noises coming from relays.
Like mentioned earlier...check all grounds very well!
is the ignition working in the acc position? could it be a main fuse? I have a push button start and I have to turn the key. If I dont turn the key and hit the button it turns over and does nothing... Obvious. Is your ignition working to power up those things?

Try the relay for the computer. right above the computer. Under the speaker cover is a main relay for the computer.

He's tried everything, seriously thinking its the wiring. There are loose wires in places. He needs a trailer to get it home. If any one has one we can borrow would be awesome! It sits to low to the ground for a dolly it'll drag....So if anyone can help us out? We're in Amelia and the car is only up the street in Withamsville. Call Chad 513-765-0912.

Get a OBD I scanner. They have a function to check all the solenoids and wiring systems. As long as the battery has power it will work.
Good Luck!

Any luck yet?
The code 87 is for fuel pump circuit fault is not showing any power / Fuel pump primary circuit failure...which you probably already found out. I bet one of your loose wires is causing the circuit to not be complete causing it not to get any power.
