There is a speed trap on 71 around redbank exit. Highway patrol on bikes.

a few days ago they were on 71 by edwards road exit , and it was bikes and cars

I saw at least 1 bike today on 75 as well.

Highway Patrol's been down there for months now I believe. When I was unemployed and driving thru downtown I saw then everyday in pretty much the same spot.
