Performance but i only have like a g to spend if the deal for the bike falls through...

For a little less than a grand you might be able to pick up some new GT40's and a used Cobra intake on ebay. I was able to get new GT40Y heads and used Cobra intake for just under a grand a few years ago...and I am sure prices have came down on the Y heads.
