starter ques

anyone here ever run the starters from, explorer or mountaneer on their 302
or 351 setup,

i need a starter and have a couple of mountaineer ones but dont no if i can use em

I've heard they are a higher torque or like a gear reduction style... something like that. I know a guy who swore by them, then he switched over to a big block
