Can anyone explain to me how when the elections were going on, everthing with the economy was bill clinton's fault because it takes 8 yrs for the effects to show. Now that obama is president all the republicans are trying to blame him for everthing when it should be Bush's fault right?

It's a bit early to blame Obama for anything except for the few things he's "done". You can't ruin the economy in 6 months no matter how stupid you are. It was ruined when he took office.
