Bought a car off them then we get the title notorized an I waited too put it in my name then they got a duplicate title so now my title is bad an I can't get a hold of them. We r pressing charges now but it will take till someone finds him or the cops find him its b.s 3500 down the drain if he's not caught

BS a duplicate title is not valid. The original stands and the person who got the duplicate has commited a felony. Been there done that on my seadoo.
