20 year old college kid throws 103mph fastball

I'm not a big baseball fan but damn this kid is talented. I hope he's for real and not on steroids. There's a vid of him throwing 23 strike outs in a row.

I read that yesterday. I'm a huge baseball fan. What's cool about it is that he can throw a change up and a breaking ball also. Most of your relievers that throw that hard can throw the gas and a breaking ball or gas and a change but not all 3. The bad thing is Scott Boras will be his agent. He is going to drive this kids price so high nobody will want to pay him.
If the Reds had a shot of getting him Dusty would just use him in relief for 4 or 5 games straight at 3 innings or more and tear his elbow apart.
