Curt Dawg...
hope you enjoyed the flight today....
was a little bumpy with the overcast layer burning off...
little crosswind landing at greensburg and salem added a little pucker factor too:eek:
next time we'll go early in the morning or early evening:bigthumb

dude, I felt bad for gettin' a little squirmy...
with a little more time, I'll be more settled....
:)
I'll also be a little more on time or early too....
may even take over the controls and buzz "kennebellcobra" 's house
and shake the windows a little bit..........
Toss out a Monster and see if it'll land in the grass vs. whoolper rd.
:cool2:...
nah, it was a cool ride johnny... I'm always taken back by the
view and how everything looks... and for the brief time in flight,
you almost feel like your away from everything and I find it relaxing...

Man i hate turbulence in a big jet let alone a slight breeze in a small air plane. No thanks. :D
Now hot air balloons....they kick ass!

even "bumpy conditions"...aren't near as bad as you would think...my wife for example went up for her first time last year with me on a not so perfect day & while we were cruising at 4000' i was thinking "great...im killing the chances of her ever flying with me again"... after we got down & were driving home from the airport she says...that was awesome!...when we flying to FL....lol

Is fuel and stuff expensive?
Nahh...no worse than buying race fuel for the car:D
...flying can be a little expensive...
since i don't own my own plane yet ...i just rent one of my instructor's planes for $75 an hour fuel included "plane burns 6 gal an hour" at $5 ish a gal....
i usually ask for 1/2 the cost when i give anyone rides...
i hate to but it does help... when i get my own...i'd just ask for a little fuel money...
believe it or not we can cover a lot of distance in an hours time which is worth $35-$40..."at least thats the reaction i've got from people i have taken up"..:bigthumb

Damn Johnny!
I could scrape up $35-$40, in quarters!
I need to get with you, any way. Still have that X-pipe?
