This car is not 100% ready for the street. It needs a different chip or standalone. I wouldn't drive it very far or long since I don't know what the air/fuel ratio is.
I figured I would put this on here to see if any one would be interested. Everything below tells the about the car. I am pretty sure that is everyting. I will be parting it out shortly because I told my grandpa I would get it out by spring. So if it doesn't sell in a couple of weeks then it is getting parted out. $2000 or maybe some trading. I am looking for longtube headers, x pipe, "built" trans, alum. heads and anything really. Just tell me what you got.


The motor:
je pistons 8.5:1
block got decked a little bit
aligned bored .010"(if i remember right)
crank got turned .010"
two new rods and the other two checked
ARP rod bolts
ARP head studs
new oil pump
every gasket replaced
all new bearings
cyl. head was previously ported
I had some bowl work done on the head
stainless steel valves
all new guides and seals
I can't confirm, but supposed to be autotech 260 cams
TTTuning cam gear
head got shaved twice
comp. ratio should be around 9:1
metal head gasket
new water pump
USRT intake manifold
digi 1 throttle bodie
Old EIP tuning cast exhaust manifold not externally gated
new exhaust mani. studs and nuts
new t3/to4e 57mm .63 a/r internally gated turbo
ATP iternal gate to 3" v-band housing
3" stainless steel, mandrel bent, borla xr1 race muffler exhaust
2.5" intercooler piping mild steel, mandrel bent, powder coated rough black
spearco intercooler
Spec stg.3 clutch and pp
8lb. flywheel( If i remember right)
rear mount battery
new belts
rebuilt shifter box and linkage
HKS electric boost controller(old one, but works well)
BBM solid front mount, vr6 trans mount (?)and a stiffer rear mount.
Apexi blow off valve
Runs on digi 1 with a stg.4 tttuning chip, closed looped, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, and 42lbs. injectors The car is running super rich right now.



The car:
1987 gti
g60 flares
bilsteins in front and kyb's in the back with neuspeed springs all around
corrado seats
black with red pinstrip door cards
Westy front end

The bad:
020 trans with no lsd.
The actual car it self isn't the best either. Has different colored fenders and it was repaint a purple maroon color. It was going to work for me for what i wanted though so it didn't bother me a whole lot.
Shock tower has been repaired.
Headliner sucks.
Brakes will probably need done. Even though i did them when i bought the car the got a little rusty and such.
Needs tires.
Windsheild is cracked.
The interior needs a little help with the gauges and such.
The engine wiring is just a little bit messy. Not bad, just needs a little more attention.

what kind of power should this make? To bad I dont have the money I would love to have this!

I never got it dynoed. It has only been taken out a few times. With the computer setup now you can get between 250hp and maybe 300hp. With standalone is were the engine would really shine though.
