rear bumper cover paint prep?

What would you do to prepare the bumper cover for paint? sand, like elsewhere? And do you use filler on that, or some type of expoxy. I really know nothing about how to prep anything plastic. There's no cracks just alittle pitted from age. Thanks up front.

treat it like any other painted surface, there are fillers out there specifically made for flexible parts. those areas will need primed just like a repair on sheet metal, and final sand with whatever your painter, or the manufacturer of the paint you are using recommends.:bigthumb
