first off, may i ask how you ran the (i think its called the) air injection from the rear 2 cats after installing your O/R pipe??? and secondly, i was tryin to get my stock H off the 95 5.0 today, and anfter getting the pipe removed from the headers, for shits and giggles i started it up, noticed the check engine light was OFF, how could that be with oxygen sensors unplugged???

Give it time. Not ever question gets figured out in the first day.
Does your off road pipe have a air tube inlet? Do you want to keep the Air pump stuff. I would block off the pipes to the heads get rid of all the pump and hoses and block it off and the off road pipe.
As far as the Check engine light the car was probably in open loop when the car was cold. The computor was not looking at the oxygen sensors.

Plug in the inlet if you want to use it if not block it off. put a bolt in it with a clamp or weld it shut

well not much i can do right now because i have none of the materials to finish it lol, i dont have a welder, and the bolts on the header broke off, so they would need to be drilled out, so its the least to say i TRIED doing it all without taking off tires, control arms ect ect....and i dont have tools long enough to drill out the holes, so i cant finish it, ill have to find soneone to finish for me

You best bet would be to just remove the headers and then remove the broken studs. Drill them out and just replace them with bolts and nuts. This could be a real learning experience for you. Do it yourself its not that bad. It should not make a difference how you close the hole as long as it doesnt leak.

well i know how to do it all, just dont have the tools to do it, and if i take off the headers, i may as well replace them lol, i have new ones, but need hole drilled for bung tube, but as i said, not much i can do without tools, the right ones at least

if i read right.. (im exhausted so i skimmed) Main thing your trying to figure out how to close off the injection pipe on your new o/r pipe so you dont have to hook it up? along with the methods tim gave you, there is the um how should we put it, crude way of a hammer and dolly of sorts mash about 2 inches of the pipe flat then fold it over. just not very pretty, but it does work.
My i dont have smog pump so mine isnt hooked up, but if you still have your pump i would say go ahead and hook it up

ya but eventually im going to delete the pump, but ya my maine thing was wondering how everyone ran there injection hoses, and the fact that i started it up an it ran for about a minute or 2 WITHOUT sensors plugged in an check engine light did not come on

Your car was still in open loop. The ECM isnt checking o2 sensors.Untill it clicks into closed loop it wont read the o2 sensors. So thats why the check engine light didnt come on.Ditch the injection system and block off the hose.If you want a cheap fix grab a pack of vacuum caps from the auto store and plug the end of the hole coming from the o/r pipe.Use the same size plug for the other end of the injection tube coming from the back of the head.I used this on mine last year as a quick fix.Still on there right now,but I will replace them with a bead of weld, and the rest of the tubing for the injection is gettin tossed in the trash. So it will roughly last a year before needing replaced.
Oh,and I was the guy in the black older F-250 that waved to you when you back out of your drive a couple saturdays ago.You live right on the top of the hill on struble.
