Ever wonder how much money 787 Billion dollars really is? Most people can't wrap their head around that figure. I was talking to a customer today and he told me a really interesting fact. If you spent 1 million dollars a day starting the day Jesus was born, you still wouldn't have spent 787 Billion dollars yet. Do the math and it is true. You would still have about 50 Billion left to spend today!!!! Makes you think......:screwy:

Hi
So far they have spent enough to give every household $18,000, by the time they are done it will be $80,000 per household. This is on the bank bailout!!

I think 80 grand per household would pretty much take us out of this downturn we are in right now.

U.S. National Debt..

09/30/2000 $5,674,178,209,886.86
09/30/2001 $5,807,463,412,200.06
09/30/2002 $6,228,235,965,597.16
09/30/2003 $6,783,231,062,743.62
09/30/2004 $7,379,052,696,330.32
09/30/2005 $7,932,709,661,723.50
09/30/2006 $8,506,973,899,215.23
09/30/2007 $9,007,653,372,262.48
09/30/2008 $10,024,724,896,912.49

The national debt increased $4,350,546,687,025.63 during Bush's 8 years in office.. As anyone can see it nearly doubled... Think about how much money everyone would get if we got all of that back.

With the Bank bail out and the new stimulus plan, add 1.4 to 1.5 Trillion to that number. How long has Obama been in office??

Well yeah. But giving us the money wouldn't pad the pockets of the folks that get the dirt bags elected
