Ok. I'm finally going to break down a dress my mach up with some rims. I showed her a pic of chrome saleen wheels and she really liked them. I also kind of like the fr500's http://www.americanmuscle.com/blsawh.html The wife didn't like those. I showed her a pic of chrome saleens and she really liked them.http://www.americanmuscle.com/chromesaleen1.html I also kind of like the fr500's. http://www.americanmuscle.com/chrome-deep-dish-fr500-wheel-17x10-5.html Any input would be great. Also 17s or 18s?

I don't think you can go wrong with chrome saleens.

What color Mach do you have? I think the black chrome Mach wheels look pretty sweet.

Personally, I like a darker wheel, on the Mach1s. My buddy put bullitts on his, but I haven't seen it yet. He got the black, with polished rims.

Heres what I want for my Mach 1.
Either Black deep dish (http://www.americanmuscle.com/17x9dd-mach1-machined-black.html)or chrome deep dish (http://www.americanmuscle.com/17x9-dd-bullitt-chrome.html)
or maybe even deep dish bullits (http://www.americanmuscle.com/17x9dd-mach1-machined-black.html)
fyi, deep dish pwns

Try to find something unique. Every mustang I see has a set of wheels off that site.

:barf: I dont think I'll be checking them out any time soon. If I could drop 5k into my car it would be under the hood. I'm still up in the air. I did find these on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mustang-wheels-Cobra-rims-bullitt-18-x-9-2005-d3_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1171Q7c66Q3a2Q 7c65Q3a12Q7c39Q3a1Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a0Q7c293Q3a 1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem3 80108274902QQitemZ380108274902QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5f TruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories#ebayphotohosting Anyone buy from these guys?

I just did a search on the company O.E. Wheels in the ebay listing above. Bad bad reviews. I think I will stay away from them.

Before I got my BBS (and aside from CCW Classics) I was thinking about getting the GT4 wheels in black (18x9, & 18x10).
http://www.americanmuscle.com/18x10-gt4-black.html
And Silver FR500 look good too . . .

Yeah , EpikMach has an outstanding Mach. His suspension setup is exactly the same as I have planned for mine.

There was a japanese company that made a wheel called the Madhi Caesars ts-5, these wheels were sick they came in 18x9/18x10 and 19x9/19x10 sizes. Do a "GOOGLE" search on them and you'll see what i mean,if you can still get a hold of these i would get them. If not the saleen wheels in chrome are sharp i havent seen a whole lot of them in my area.

O.K. I think I've made up my mind on rims. I'm going to order tires at the same time. Now my question is. What size rear tire should I go with on the 18x10.5? Right now my front is 245/45. I guess I should keep that the same. I would like to go wide on the rear but have the same height as the front. The tire options from the site I'm looking at is 275/35, 285/35, and 295/35. Also take a look at the tires and tell me what you think.
Here's a option on tires I can buy.
Thanks again guys.

i've seen 315 on these cars before ... i would definitely stagger the tire size ... a wide tire in the back looks good ...
